  • Dry Float Therapy is considered safe for pregnant women and is a great alternative to traditional float therapy as you don’t experience the discomfort that can come from floating in a water-filled tank. However, we do recommend you always consult with a healthcare professional before using Dry Float Therapy if you are pregnant or have any underlying health conditions.
  • To prepare for your session, we recommend you avoid caffeine, alcohol and heavy meals for at least an hour beforehand, wear comfortable clothing, bring your own headphones or earplugs and come with an open mind so you can get the most out of your experience. Stretching and light breathwork beforehand can also enhance relaxation and prepare your body for your Dry Float session. Starting the session with a cleansed face is also recommended when using the facial LED therapy treatment for maximum light absorption.
  • Dry Float Therapy is generally safe, however, if you have any underlying health concerns or are simply unsure please consult your medical practitioner prior to booking in your session if you are unsure.
  • No two people are the same, so the frequency of Dry Float Therapy sessions depends on your individual wellness goals. To reap the benefits and feel a significant difference mentally and physically it is recommended you float 2-3 times a week. However, you will still experience the benefits and can support recovery and relaxation after one session if you choose to use it as a weekly or monthly practice.
  • Unlike traditional floating therapies that require you to be submerged in water, Dry Float Therapy allows you to experience the benefits of weightlessness without getting wet. You simply lie on a series of warm pillows, creating the sensation of floating.
